Barley grass refers to the young soft green shoots which crop up on the Barley plant. This tender young grass has chlorophyll, a natural pigment found in green plants. Barley grass contains significant amounts of vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, C and E. It also contains Folate which is sometimes known as vitamin B9.

Suggested Use: Mix, top or blend in smoothies, beverages, yogurts, baked goods, recipes or even with just a glass of water.

Suggested Dosage:
 1 to 3 teaspoons per day. Barley grass should be introduced gradually to enable the body to get used to any detoxification reaction.
