HERBAL SOUP-BAKUTEH POWDER
ING: DANG GUI, DANG SHEN, YU ZHU, SHU DI & OTHERS LOCAL SPICES.
Preparation: 1) Add Bak Kut Teh ingredient and 3 cloves of garlic, mushroom into 1.5Litres - 2 Litres of water.
2) Bring to a boil over high heat.
3) Simmer low heat for 1.5 hours, and you may add in meat to simmer, before serving add some salt to enchance your preference taste.
