Osmanthus Flower (known as Gui Hua) are widely used in Chinese medicine. The aromatic fragrance of the Osmanthus Flower is often used to remove odor and bad breath. Also known to relieve toothache, stomach ache, flatulence and muscle tension. It is also said to prevent against coughs, relieve skin capillaries and reduce wrinkles.
**Serve as tea: Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of Gui Hua, cover steep for 5-10 miniutes, strain and drink.
