How to cook:
1.Add Bak Kut Teh ingredients and 3 cloves of garlic, mushroom into 1.5 liter of water, bring to boil for 30 minutes at medium heat. 
2.Add in 600g of meat, simmer for another40 minutes.
** Note: Add in black Soy Sauce or others seasonings if preferred.
